In practice since 1992, Mr. Smith has successfully represented hundreds of disabled men, women, and children at all levels of the application process in the southeast. During his years in private practice, he has developed a high level of expertise in Social Security disability rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Mr. Smith is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and a charter member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).
